Cape Cod Run and did 11.5 miles at 9:39/mile AP with the first five miles being in the 9:49-10:30/mile range and my getting faster on the tail end of the run with the last four miles being in the 9:11-9:19 range.  Took a while to warm up today.

I ran a tempo run today (tempo run is 6-10 miles at MP) getting 6.5 miles done at 8:32/mile AP.  Five of the mile splits were 8:32-8:38/mile range.  Third mile was an 8:19 mile.  Pretty consistent pace throughout the run!!
