Ran 5.01 miles at 9:50 AP in 49:13.

State Street to New Haven at 5:15pm

I was going for 9:50s and stayed consistent running no faster.

It was hot.

I am trying to stick with Easy running and keeping the intensity at the Easier side of the Easy range. Got that done today.

Trying to focus on not going harder than necessary to accomplish the goals of the run.
