I ran 6.31 miles at 9:24/mile.  I was running at the Easy pace that I have been maintaining for the past nine days.  At least I thought I was doing around 10:00/miles.  Very surprising to me was that I put these miles together at 9:24/mile pace.  These splits, with this amount of vertical, is pretty amazing given I thought I was just on a very relaxing run with no concerns about pace.  I actually may be building up Endurance here!
