Hi Pat,

The paces look about right based on your most recent 5K time of approximately 24:30. However, the rest periods for the intervals look too short. I would rest 4 minutes between 1600m efforts otherwise you will have trouble doing the tempo runs later in the week. You will see within a week or two how this works, just be willing to fine tune the numbers as needed to get the miles in.
