I was going for 9:45s in preparation for the 50 mile Ultra this Sunday.  That is the planned pace I am shooting for.  My plan is to get the ultra done at 10:00/mile or better.  Plus, going for 9:45s to test out how they felt with my back injury from couple Saturdays ago.  Back pain still the case.  But not as bad as when I was first injured.  I am thinking I can do the Ultra.
