Back injury Saturday at 3:00pm. So could not run the Danbury Half Marathon on Sunday 4/7/13. I hope this does not interfere with my two upcoming races in the next 5 weeks...4/21/13 and 5/12/13. Below is a table of my scheduled mileage and the mileage I actually ran. Some runs were appropriately cut short, missed, or rescheduled. Had been at above 90 percent of scheduled mileage completed - now not the case. BUT, there are 14 solid weeks of training!
