The plan was to do a 10 minute warm up + 200, 400, 600, 800, 800, 600, 400, and 200 with 400 RIs for all except for the 200 which would have a 200 RI.  Got the 200, 400 and another 400 done of the 600 and had to cut the workout short because a soccer game was beginning at the H.S.  The goal pace was 7:26/mile and got that done for the most part for the workbout portions. 

Not much of a workout today given the above.  As it takes two minutes to work up to VO2max intensity, I did not get much running, if any, at VO2max tonight.

In the future, might just go with 800s, 1000s, and 1200s when doing VO2max interval workouts at 5K pace as this will get me running in the 3-5 minute range per workbout portion.
