Snowed yesterday and early this morning.  Roads were slushy. 

10 am run for 5.19 miles at 9:38 AP in 50 minutes.

Roads in better condition and pace seems to reflect this.  Was running Easy.

did 5.18 miles at 12:30pm at 9:19 AP in 48 minutes.

Christian did no run with me today.  Ran slower today.  Maybe due it being dark and ice.  See how future runs go.  Feeling good that I did not put the run off.

Ran 5.08 miles at 5:40pm at 10:03 AP in 51 minutes.

970G018 Colchester Half Marathon

Course was icy on the up and down hills. 

In 2013 I ran this course in 1:48. 

Today I ran the course at 10am for 13.20 miles at 9:54 AP in 2:10:36.

Official Time is 2:10:36 at 9:59 AP.

Given my training and the conditions of the course, I am okay with this result.

Jan 1 through Feb 21 = 59 miles run

Feb 22 through Feb 28 = 29 miles run.

I am just now picking up my mileage.  The primary reason for running this race was to guarantee I get 13 miles done - the longest run prior to that this year has been seven miles.
