Hey PRE, great to hear from you. I hope you're running is going well for you. It looks like you have been getting in some solid miles.

Scott,

Hi. You did an awesome job for that 100 miler! I actually read your report a few times. I have been very serious about my training program for this ultra! I have hit 90% of my scheduled mileage these past thirteen weeks. Did all my Long runs with the longest run being 30 miles which was done at 9:30/mile pace. So now I am tapering...which will be kind of hard to do. I really still don't know if I can knock out this 50 miler...For some reason, I enjoy not being sure I can do it??? Whatever happens though, I trained to the best of my ability! It is the first time I will have completed a training program precisely as scheduled! Going for this ultra required that I double my mileage. There was so much learning involved. Good experience. Probably I have you to thank for this because I think I got turned on to doing an ultra from your blog!!! Be well. Talk to you soon.
