Ha.Ha.Ha.

Hi Allie.

Just testing if I could write a document without actually recording miles.

I can.

Which is good.

Because at times, I will be writing notes to myself here.

For example, soon to add notes related to pace ranges distances.

Am attempting to keep info in one area.

If you know by any chance if I can copy and paste text into documents, let me know. I saw temperature readings on your site.

Currently, I only know how to paste URLs and not text.

yes, you most definitely can copy and paste text -- in or out of your blog posts. if you really want to go above and beyond in the visual entertainment department, see RivertonPaul's blog. he is a good tutor when it comes to adding pictures, video, etc.

Thanks Allie.

I just tested it out. It works now. Before when I tried, it did not work at all. So not sure what was happening before...but able to copy and paste now.

I did check out Riverton Paul's blog. You are right. He has a lot going on there. The first thing I noticed was a video of him running. He remarked in his most recent blog doing a lot of training on the treadmill. And in fact, he did very well at a recent marathon.

So maybe a treadmill might be something for me to consider. It gets cold in the winter...and I love the idea of getting a run in when the weather is freezing, ice on the ground and very dark...running in a warm home versus out in the snow!

there are definitely advantages to having access to a treadmill in the winter months.

and yes, paul just ran a great marathon time. he runs lots of treadmill miles and does quite a bit of cross training on the elliptical. it seems to work really well for him.
