Easy. Got the scheduled 6 miler done. Some hills. On tpke at 4.5 miles was a steep hill about 0.33 miles and ran that for 0.12 miles ad then walked couple minutes. Goal was to go for 10:00 AP and did 6.2 miles at 9:53 AP.
Was not planning to run Colcester Half Marathon this year as not in "race shape." Decided last minute yesterday to register. It is this Saturday. Will not go for a PR but will use it as a training run and planning 10:00 AP for the course. I have not run long...this will guarantee a Long run gets done.
