Cooler today.

Walked some up the Skiff Street hill...about 60 right steps over three walk breaks.

Good pace and I was surprised because I thought it would have been in the 9:50s range.

91 degrees.

Camel Bak.  Did not run the scheduled 15 miles.  But I have been running longer distances.  Since Wednesday, have logged 29 miles and that's a record for number of miles in one week period this year and I still have tomorrow to run.

Ran 8 miles today at 9:52 AP in 1:18:55 (MP + 57 seconds)

Have gotten away from the 3-4 mile runs.

Last 4 days sees 62+85+57+79 minute runs.
