I only ran 253 miles this year.  I usually hit around 1200 miles a year so am way below what I usually run.  I have been picking up the mileage past four weeks getting about 50 miles done. 

 

Today the plan was to do 3x800.  Only got .16, 0.10 and 0.08 done at 7:16, 6:51 and 7:10 respectively (needed to hit 6:30).   Next time try for ¼ mile repeats at 6:30 pace.  Increase from there.  Need to build the speed.  Not there yet.  Did the Bleachers; 48 steps x 4 at 13.63, 13.46, 13.28 and 13.85.  There was a football player who did the steps at 9.63.
