540pm ran 3.76 miles at 9:32 AP in 35:52. Just went running for the sake of running and not concerned about pace while just gonig for 9:45s as that is probably recovery pace.
splits: 9:51, 9:36, 9:18, 9:19.
dinner: steak, stuffing, A1 sauce and cup OJ. Ate this immed. post run.
No other solid food today - just coffee...Need to watch this. Don't slide back to eating nothing except for dinner.
