917F071 Canal Trail

Maybe I should get back to the Canal Trail for the longer runs that are soon to be coming.  Got 6.83 miles done at 9:27 AP in 1:04. A progressive run with the splits being around 10, 9:50, 9:40, 9:30, 9:20, 9:10, 9:00.

The plan was to do 13 and end the progression run at 8:00/mile for the last mile split.  Ah...again..did not stick to the 13.  Taking a while here getting the miles up.  A work in progress.

Third solid week of running and have not missed any scheduled runs.  Had to cut them short though - some of them - due not being fit enough to carry them off.  Am monitoring closely what I am accomplishing and making sure I am staying on track with the training regime.  Not lazy here - just working on getting fitter.
