Ran 3.81 miles at 8:57 AP in 34 minutes.  Primarily focusing on hitting 30-45 minutes of running daily this week for 5 days minimum.  Ran at 1015am. Splits are 8:52, 8:56, 8:59 and 9:01. 

carbs for dinner last night so not concerned about prefun fuel.  

post run yogurt within two hours post run.

lunch at 1245 tuna sandwich, six crackers with crabmeat and half a pear.

dinner: turkey, turnips, stuffing, cranberry sauce, mashed potatoes, cup OJ and gravy.

540pm ran 3.76 miles at 9:32 AP in 35:52.  Just went running for the sake of running and not concerned about pace while just gonig for 9:45s as that is probably recovery pace. 

splits: 9:51, 9:36, 9:18, 9:19.

dinner: steak, stuffing, A1 sauce and cup OJ. Ate this immed. post run. 

No other solid food today - just coffee...Need to watch this.  Don't slide back to eating nothing except for dinner.
